The skills in teaching that help me in this business are numerous:

  1. individual tayloring of materials and approach
  2. Discussion as a "team": the buyer/seller and myself are the team with my part time assistants as well as the full time office staff. Plus: handyman, and a cleaning service
  3. Open to new ideas and approached to issues as they may arise

I make a point of being accessible by way of direct contact and if I am busy I always make a point of involving another experienced agent to assist me

Recently I am revamped all my advertising materials including my web site, bus benches and even some advertising on my car! My car is a "rolling business card" and I have even had calls off it when I am in the car driving!
